Waverly targets opportunities to invest in private, middle market companies throughout the United States in established industries with low risk of technological obsolescence. Waverly typically invests in companies with revenues of up to $50 million and with transaction values typically ranging from $5 to $30 million. We are also interested in opportunities to invest with co-investment partners.

Investments in New Ventures

Waverly's early stage investments generally occur in unique situations where the firm's partners can engage closely with management to craft a unique and powerful strategy to enter markets undergoing fundamental change.

We occasionally team with industry executives as we examine and engage on specific opportunities.
